How to create valuable learning experiences for students in a Master in Design program?

My biggest challenge working on the Master in Advanced Design at Catolica University was to connect our students with the latest international tendencies in design and innovation. To do this, I consolidated the program of international teachers by organizing four annual workshops with guest teachers from prestigious universities across the globe. To raise funds, I built networks with companies and organizations that were willing to willing to provide their problems to be solved together with renowned lecturers and our Master's students. The result was highly valued by students that had the opportunity to work with outstanding teachers while linking theoretical content with real problems posted by the companies and organizations. Furthermore, the initiative transformed the Master's program into an acknowledged axis of innovation in the country and a dynamic bridge between academics and real world challenges.
