How to map and improve costumers interactions with a travel operation company?

Glove Travel is a boutique travel operator that offers unique tailor made experiences in South America. The challenge was to obtain a thorough understanding of the service they provide to redesign critical interaction points. Using service design tools, we co-created a new web platform and other experiential artifacts that have transformed the company and the way they interact with their clients.
